Dr. Oh's practice is one of a kind! I have never seen a dental practice take such good care of their patients. The whole team is truley outstanding, they speak to you on a very friendly, personal, & professional level all the time.They always show genuine care and concern for your health and wellness. The office has a very modern and "state of the art" technology like no other, it still amazes me every time I have an appointment. I would like to give you some feedback about my visit to your office and the procedure you performed for me earlier today. At the beginning of the visit I made a request that you take care in preventing the preparations materials or the adhesive from affecting the adjecent teeth to the tooth you were working on. You listened to what I asked and acknowledged what I wanted. I could tell during the procedure you made an extra effort to protect the surrounding surfaces and you seemed to take extra time to assure there was no extra material on those areas. From my perspective a few hours later and after the numbness was gone, your efforts made a real difference and were successful. I do not have any rough spots or surface irregularities I was concerned about and the fit and feel of my replacement filling is very comfortable. I appreciate the extra care and thank you for your good work. I would also like you to know I have noticed an upgrade to your staff over the last few visits. The people you have seem to be more comfortable and on top of things. I particularly noticed today that the woman that was your assistant during my procedure was very pleasant and seemed very proficient. I have enjoed your new office, the added patient comforts and your use of technology. I feel the balance of your operations have been elevated to match.
